peter roussel

Peter Roussel is a native of Houston, Texas where he is an author, television commentator and public relations consultant. His public service career began in 1969 and has included two tours of duty in the White House. From 1974 to 1976 he served as staff assistant to President Ford. From 1981 to 1987 Mr. Roussel returned to White House service as a special assistant and deputy press secretary to President Reagan. From 1969 to 1974, he served as press spokesman for President George H. W. Bush when Mr. Bush served as U.S. Congressman, U.S. ambassador to the United Nations, and chairman of the Republican National Committee.
