|In a lavish, four-color volume, Lone Star Chefs profiles a baker's dozen of the top chefs from around the Lone Star State as creators of fine restaurant experiences and magnificent food and shares a generous collection of signature recipes. Each creative element of the fine-dining experience is pictured in art-quality photography, providing a visual feast and a gastronomical tour around the state, as well as an inspirational cookbook. The idea that Texas is a barbecue-and-beans or Tex-Mex-only food destination is put to rest as readers experience some of the highest quality cuisine in the nation.
